Large companies spend a lot of money on press releases and thinking that you need to keep up with these guys can be a pain.

The truth of the matter is that anything that is going on, in and around your business that is news worthy can be a “press release”. The more engaging the title, the better the response will be. And while the finer points to press releases are an art form, you need to just jump in and create a few, publishing them in free locations. After you have done a few, you will start to get the hang of it and then you can go on to paying for press releases when the conditions warrant it.
